Advance Reservation Booking for the Month of February 2019 begins Today.

Please take note that in due to Chinese New Year Celebration, 3rd February to 7th February are black-out dates. During this period, we will be closed to arrival and departure; in other words, the last check-in date will be on 2nd February and the earliest check-out date will be on 8th February. In additional, there will be a surcharge of +$1 per pet for stay across the black-out dates

Closed for Chinese New Year

Lovepets-hamsters will be closed for Chinese New Year celebration from 18Feb to 23Feb.

We will not be having any boarding service during this period and we only resume on the 24Feb.
As such, all check-out must be done on 17 Feb and the first available check-in will be on 24Feb.

Announcement- Change to Pet Transportation Service

1. We have make a change to our Pet Transportation Service. Instead of the original fixed price based on Cardinal direction, the pricing will be quoted on the actual location for better accuracy.

*NOTE:There is no fixed timing for pick up, please be willing to coordinate with us if wish to engage in transportation service.

2. We have ended our Promotion Package for Boarding Service.
