We provide small pet boarding services in Singapore, with a focus on hamsters.

1st Pet & 2nd Pet:                      $3 per day

3rd and Subsequent Pets:         $2 per day

Pregnant Pet:                            $5
{In the event that your hamster gives birth during her stay, the booking will be adjusted to the pregnant pet rate. There will be no additional charges for the babies. She will be well cared for and provided with a high-protein, nutritious diet.}

  Check-in process: Pet(s) arrival → basic health check & form completion → handover.

  We provide photo updates every 2-3 days. Special requests can be arranged upon prior notice. House rules are strictly enforced (see below for full details).

We treat every pet as our own, providing attentive care and daily interaction. Each boarder receives daily attention and dedicated one-on-one interaction, allowing them to become comfortable with gentle handling. This close care also enables us to monitor for any subtle changes in behaviour or physical condition, ensuring their well-being throughout their stay.

Our pricing remains the same throughout the year—no peak period surcharges, holiday price increases, or hidden costs. You can have peace of mind knowing your pet receives consistent care at a fixed rate, 365 days a year. 

House Rule

• Full payment is required upon check-in.

• We reserve the right to refuse boarding for any ill or injured hamster(s) unless prior notice has been given and arrangements have been agreed upon.

• Requests to board pregnant hamsters are accepted under our designated pregnancy boarding rate. (Should your hamster give birth during her stay, no additional charges will be imposed for the pups.)
• Under no circumstances will any boarders be bred or mingled during their stay.
• A deposit of SGD 50.00 is required to safeguard against abandonment. (per stay / per group of up to 5 hamsters).


• In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring veterinary attention, the deposit will be utilised. Should expenses exceed the deposit amount, full reimbursement of the balance is required. Any remaining deposit will be refunded upon collection of your pet(s).

• Kindly inform us in advance of any changes to collection timing or if an extension of the boarding period is required. 

• If a pet is not collected within 3 days of the agreed or communicated date, ownership will be transferred to us and the deposit will be forfeited.

• While we will exercise the highest level of care, we are not liable for natural causes of death. In such cases, you will be notified immediately.

• By proceeding with our boarding service, you consent to your pet(s) being photographed and/or video recorded. All media captured remains the property of Lovepets-hamsters and may be used for communication and publicity purposes.
