New System Introduced

~ANNOUNCEMENT~
In anticipating a large number of reservation made in the upcoming months, we will introduce a new system. For peak period such as May, June, November and December, reservation will only be taken when the announcement for the booking opening of the month is made. (Which is usually on the mid of the previous month) Any enquires made before it are not formalize which will require a reconfirmation.

For example: Announcement for release of December booking is on 15 November. A request made on 10 November for one hamster boarding will require a initiative reconfirmation to secure the slot. Whereas, a request made on 15 November will secure the slot the first.

The reason for this system is because we have limited number of slots available and are based on first come first serve booking basis. This is to enable a fairer chance for all to reserve a place for your beloved pets and reduce last minute cancellation occurrence which robs others' Hamddo chance of being boarded.

Announcement- Change to Pet Transportation Service

~ANNOUNCEMENT~

1. We have make a change to our Pet Transportation Service. Instead of the original fixed price based on Cardinal direction, the pricing will be quoted on the actual location for better accuracy.

*NOTE:There is no fixed timing for pick up, please be willing to coordinate with us if wish to engage in transportation service.

2. We have ended our Promotion Package for Boarding Service.
